You are warmly invited to a deeply nourishing Kundalini Yoga experience guided by our beloved guest teacher, Svetlana Esposito. Together, in sacred community, we will root into the healing energy of the New Moon in Virgo and explore it’s profound power and wisdom.
Through the union of movement, conscious breathwork, and sacred mantra, we’ll awaken inner stillness, reconnect with our essence, and align with the rhythms of nature. Let this be a time to return home to yourself, to the Earth, and to the divine wisdom within.
This Sacred Self Care Sunday group class is being offered as a “Love Investment By Donation” experience. You will have several options to choose from: $15, $20, $25. Please note there are only select number of spaces available for each option. We will be holding space for 22 participants.

If you arrive without having registered, whether on time or tardy, the full event walk-in rate of $50 per person or class walk-in rate of $25 per person will apply. Online registration closes at the event start time. If the event is sold out, we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins or late arrivals without registration.
