The Experience
For 90 minutes, the world outside ceases to exist. Your only job is to lie down, wrap yourself in silence, and let go.
- MătaJi will fill the room with the resonant power of Gongs, Crystal Bowls, and sacred instruments. These frequencies are designed to bypass the logical mind and shift your energy at a deep, cellular level.
- While the sound washes over you, Jen (a Certified Reiki Master of 10+ years) will move through the space. She will gently place her hands on the crown of your head, acting as a clear channel for universal energy. A Bi-Monthly Journey of Sound, Breath, and Community
Gather under the open sky at Ferguson’s Downtown for an evening of deep restoration and celestial connection. Held every third Friday of every other month, this event is an invitation to exhale the stress of the week and immerse yourself in the alchemy of healing vibrations and community love.
The Experience
Our journey begins with Simple Breathwork to settle the nervous system and clear the mind. As you transition into a state of receptive rest on the lawn, you will be bathed in a rich sonic landscape featuring:
