Breath focus, gentle movements of the body with the Sound Therapy of Gongs and Bowls all combined with a specialized guided narrative while lying down cozy and quiet, to create a deep relaxation and bring your energy into a state of harmonious 432hz frequency which is a proven state of healing. Summer Solstice Cleanse with Satya Tajpreet

The foods you eat, along with psychological stress, environmental toxins, and other lifestyle factors, can lead to a buildup of toxins and stressors in your body. Join me for a 21-day cleanse that will lead us right into the Summer Solstice. During these 21 days we will be cleansing not only the physical but the mental and spiritual body as well. Cleansing allows your body to rest, recuperate, and repair itself. It gives your digestive system a break from the hard task of constantly digesting foods, in while doing so it gives the other organs time to repair themselves. During this cleanse we will start off slow eating mostly raw in the day and cooked meals in the evening. The second week we will move onto fully raw. The third week we continue with raw and work our way into a four-day juice optional juice cleanse. In doing this we move slowly through detox, giving the body time to acclimate to the new diet and prepare for the juice cleanse. It is very important when doing a cleanse that you slowly work your body up to it.
