This session offers a gentle yet powerful reset for your body, mind, and energy. People often choose Reiki when they’re feeling stressed, emotionally heavy, physically tense, or simply out of alignment. With over 10 years as a Certified Reiki Master, Jen works intuitively to help release stored tension and emotional blockages, calming the nervous system and restoring a natural sense of ease and balance.
Sessions may focus on your entire energy system or, if requested, on a specific chakra you’re ready to open, heal, or strengthen—such as deepening grounding through the root, softening and healing the heart, or expanding intuition through the third eye. This 30-minute session is also a beautiful way to try Reiki for the first time or to pair with Spiritual Guidance or a Private Class with MataJi to help integrate and ground your experience.
60-Minute Reiki Energy Healing Session
$95.00
This extended session allows time to work with your full energy system, while also offering space to give extra attention where it’s most needed. With over 10 years as a Certified Reiki Master, Jen works intuitively with hands-on energy healing and crystals to support deep relaxation, release energetic blockages, and restore balance throughout the body.
The session includes a full-system chakra alignment, with additional focus on a specific chakra or area of physical discomfort if requested—such as grounding through the root, heart healing, intuitive expansion through the third eye, or support around areas like the knees, surgical sites, or migraines. While energy healing does not cure physical conditions, it can gently assist in easing tension and supporting the body’s natural healing process. After your session, you’ll receive an "Energetic Prescription"; a personalized summary noting any blocked or guarded chakras, along with simple practices and/or suggestions to help you continue supporting those areas between sessions.
90-Minute Reiki Energy Healing Session
$150.00
This is the most immersive and expansive Reiki session offered, allowing time for deep energetic work, nervous system regulation, and integration. The 90-minute session includes everything offered in the 60-minute healing, with additional time to move slowly and thoroughly through the full energy system, while giving focused attention to specific chakras or areas of physical discomfort, if requested.
In addition to your session, you’ll receive a Blessings Bag, handcrafted by lifelong witch Jen. Each Blessings Bag is curated to a single chakra and designed to support meditation and integration after your session, offering a tangible way to continue opening, easing, and supporting that energy center as you move forward. You’ll also receive an Energetic Prescription with personalized insights and simple practices to help carry the healing well beyond the session.
