30-Minute Chakra Shower Reiki

Intertwining her long-time knowledge of crystals, chakras, and Reiki; Jen will guide you into a 30-minute reiki session of pure bliss and relaxation utilizing each tool to gain a better understanding of your emotional & physical stress. She will intuitively listen to your body as it whispers its embedded traumas, aches, and pains. Upon closing each session, we discuss the experience and gather suggestions on how to open up those blocked chakras!
