Libra Full Pink Moon: First Moon of Spring!

Our first Full Moon of Spring is here!  Just as the Earth is awakening around us from the Winter Slumber, we too are offered the opportunity to embrace fresh beginnings of Spiritual, energetic and personal growth.

Full Moons can be supportive energy for emotional release and this one in the balancing frequency of Libra definitely encourages letting go of any tipping of the scales past hurts. In the energetic Light of this Moon’s illumination we will gather and create a Re-birthing experience.  The Rebirthing practices are unique Kundalini Yoga kriyas that offer big releases of clearing out old patterns effectively and often permanently.  There is also an immediate responsive elevation of consciousness which gives you the BIG PICTURE overview of your life in the world now and future possibilities.

Let’s co-create an interactive balanced experience of love, support and understanding, evaluating how we interact with others.  Encouraging a mirrored reflection on how we give and receive  the love, support and understanding we seek and desire. We will also be deepening our connection to the Earth’s energy as well.
