This ceremonial gathering is a heart-centered experience designed to gently support emotional integration, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-connection. We begin by arriving slowly — grounding into the body and creating a safe, consent-based container. You will be guided through a ceremonial cacao ritual using ethically sourced, pure cacao prepared intentionally to support presence and heart awareness. Cacao is known as a gentle plant ally that may enhance clarity, connection, and emotional openness. Participation is always optional, and dosage is offered with care. From there, we move into a guided heart meditation followed by a sound bath and Reiki-infused energy work. The sound frequencies are layered intentionally to support relaxation and inner spaciousness — never forceful, never overwhelming. This experience is trauma-aware and choice-based. Nothing is required of you. There is no pressure to share, release, or have a breakthrough. You are invited simply to be with yourself in a supported environment.
