Join Stacia for a Kundalini Yoga practice that honors the power of new beginnings. Through kriya, breath, sound, and meditation, we’ll awaken each chakra, align with our intuitive flow, and activate the strength and serenity that already live within.
Each Saturday morning becomes a sacred pause; a time to reconnect, recalibrate, and rise into your truest Self.

PLEASE NOTE:

This group class is being offered as a “Love Investment By Donation”experience. You will have several options to choose from: $15, $20, $25. Please note there are only select number of spaces available for each option. We will be holding space for 22 participants.

To support a grounded and intentional space, we kindly ask that you register in advance.
If you arrive without having registered, whether on time or tardy, the full event walk-in rate of $50 per person or class walk-in rate of $25 per person will apply. Online registration closes at the event start time. If the event is sold out, we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins or late arrivals without registration.
