You are lovingly invited to a heart-centered class with Stacia Barrera, created in honor of Mother’s Day and the sacred wisdom within each of us.
This unique experience will guide you into the quiet knowing of your intuition — the voice that has always been there, gently waiting for your trust. Together, in a supportive and sacred space, we will explore how to soften the noise of the ego and return to the deep truth of who we are.
Through gentle movement, breathwork, and meditative inquiry, you’ll learn to reconnect with your inner guidance, access the ever-present connection to the Universe, and cultivate self-trust from within.
Let this be a time to honor yourself, your inner wisdom, and the divine feminine energy that flows through all of life.
This Sacred Self Care Sunday group class is being offered as a “Love Investment By Donation” experience. You will have several options to choose from: $15, $20, $25. Please note there are only select number of spaces available for each option. We will be holding space for 22 participants.
