This self-care–centered class weaves together movement, breathwork, and sacred mantra to support emotional balance, nervous-system harmony, and deeper inner connection. Each week invites you to slow down, tune in, and replenish through the transformative technologies of Kundalini Yoga and meditation.

Space is limited to 22 participants.

To support a grounded and intentional space, we kindly ask that you register in advance.
If you arrive without having registered, whether on time or tardy, the full event walk-in rate of $50 per person or class walk-in rate of $25 per person will apply. Online registration closes at the event start time. If the event is sold out, we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins or late arrivals without registration.
