Awaken your inner radiance and gently expand into greater openness, softness, and self-acceptance. Sacred Sparks to Radiance is a Kundalini class designed to support deep connection, embodied awareness, and heartfelt transformation.

Each session weaves together traditional Kundalini practices, conscious movement, intentional breathwork, self-care rituals, harmonizing sound, and moments of rest and reflection. Through these powerful yet accessible tools, you are invited to clear stagnant energy, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate a stronger relationship with your inner wisdom.

Rooted in Kundalini tradition and guided through a heart-centered, compassionate lens, this class offers a supportive space to move at your own pace and honor your lived experience. The nurturing presence of community creates a container where you can feel seen, held, and empowered. All are welcome. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply attuned.

PLEASE NOTE:

This group class is being offered as a “Love Investment By Donation”experience. You will have several options to choose from: $15, $20, $25. Please note there are only select number of spaces available for each option. We will be holding space for 22 participants.

To support a grounded and intentional space, we kindly ask that you register in advance.
If you arrive without having registered, whether on time or tardy, the full event walk-in rate of $50 per person or class walk-in rate of $25 per person will apply. Online registration closes at the event start time. If the event is sold out, we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins or late arrivals without registration.
