First Journey - The Crystalized Self

In this journey we encounter the first 4 blocks: upset, boredom, irritation and frustration. The primary skill we will be honing is to become a witness to all the thoughts and feelings from our own subconscious. We become aware how to separate our Self from our feelings, allowing them to flow freely through us without resistance. In doing so the energies from these feelings can be transformed into our awakening to focus and recognize the still point, a nucleus within, which is the Self. It is this crystalized experience of Self that is needed in order for consciousness to work. We can be fully open to the world, growing more Subtle as we begin to drop the identification with our impulses and emotions. Compassion and Self Compassion arise. We stabilize this crystalized sense of Self and can feel all of our emotions, feels and sensations without becoming lost in them. They become our friends! We are light and free to find compassion and kindness in any situation. Second Journey - The Expressive Self

Once we recognize the Self as we experienced in our first Journey the question becomes: How do we express that Self creatively, authentically, and effectively through our actions? Now we will begin to develop our sensitivity to how we engage in our relationships and participate in live with all of its commitments through the Seed of our Self. We take this Seed and our Identity and project these into the world which creates a tremendous expansion of meditative skill and awareness. We deepen our sensitivity and understanding that we are involved in the creating of each and every moment of our lives. We act from Consciousness. We can engage in life and it’s games with effectiveness, elevation and elegance. We develop skills to beam the mind, taking a thought and mature it through and all conditions of life with healing through awareness and the utilization of prana - the life force energy. We also learn to create from stillness the zero point of Shunia which is the state of being beyond the play of life’s polarities: good/bad, claim/blame, joy/sorrow. We will heal present relationship and also ancestral lineages. We become a graceful enlightened presence that creates, heals and uplifts everything we touch. Third Journey - The Transcendent Self

We have mastered the differences between our Self and our emotions in the First Journey. The Second Journey we created mastery to be and express our Self within the game of polarities. Now we create an experience of transcendence of differences and similarities of our reality and unity. A forging of an elevated identity with our Infinite Self and Finite Self in which we become spontaneous, creative and flexible. Love, Compassion and kindness become the core of our Meditative Mind experience with the natural consequences of clarity, character and courage. We will cultivate presence like a beacon, everywhere radiance, prayerful stillness, and a preacher’s ability to talk about God and everything We share freely to uplift others. We become our own living prayer. Our own answer. This is a major shift in perspective. We merge into what is known as Simran - deep continuous meditative flow with the infinite. The Self becomes the Teacher, The Sage, and finally nothing at all except the infinite pulse of the Universe the G.O.D. and the fullness of the Self Realization. We fully activate the diagonal energy of the Kundalini which uses the energies of the positive and negative minds to alert the neutral mind to see beyond the polarity. The grip of the Ego has become non existent as You become You, nothing more nothing less. Mystery is now Mastery. We have merged into a sacred space where all the subtle distinctions of life become clear and we walk through life lightly, brightly, as fully realized Human Beings co creating with the Creator whose presence resonates through the entire Universe.
