This immersive 200-hour yoga certification in Las Vegas or online blends the applied yogic arts with compassionate guidance, preparing you to live and, if you choose, to teach from radiant presence.

The Illuminated Life Teacher Training gives you the why, how, when, where, and what of Kundalini Yoga, offering an experiential understanding of the applied yogic arts. This training integrates lifestyle, personal practice, and teaching skills, preparing you for 200-hour certification recognized by Yoga Alliance through The Kundalini Sanctuary College of Applied Yogic Science.

Training Format & Schedule

This 200-hour certification course unfolds over 7 weekends in 5 months. Each weekend combines practice, study, and personal transformation in a small, supportive group.

Primarily in-person at The MătaJi Sanctuary in Las Vegas, NV. To honor life's unexpected moments, a hybrid option via Zoom is available for approved emergency or pre-communicated absences.

Course Content

Through an intentionally sequenced curriculum, you’ll learn:

  • Introduction to the science of Kriya sequences
  • Yogic anatomy of the 10 Bodies and Chakras
  • The power of Pranayama (Kundalini breathwork)
  • The sacred sound current of Naad (Kundalini mantras)
  • Kundalini meditation techniques to master the three minds

Certification & Recognition

Graduates of this training receive a 200-hour Certificate of Completion recognized by Yoga Alliance through Melanie MătaJi’s YA Registered School of Yoga – The Kundalini Sanctuary College of Applied Yogic Science.

Course Requirements

To receive certification, students must complete:

  • Attendance at all 7 weekends
  • Full tuition payments
  • Participation in 2 morning sadhanas
  • Attendance in 10 additional classes at The MătaJi Sanctuary (outside of training weekends)

For Zoom participants: This course is primarily In-Person at The MătaJi Sanctuary in Las Vegas, NV. A hybrid option (Zoom) is available exclusively for emergencies and previously communicated/accepted absences.
