We’ll start with some simple breathing and gentle movement to shake off any stress and clear our nervous system. Then, all you have to do is lie down and relax. We’ll play the Gongs and Crystal Bowls, letting the sound vibrations quiet your mind, heal your body and literally do the healing work for you.

It’s a rare “Blue Moon” month, making this the perfect time to let go of whatever is weighing you down so you can start fresh. You’ll walk out feeling lighter and much more like yourself.
