Wanting to add spirituality to your life but don’t know where to begin?! Have you always wanted to try yoga or meditation? Heard of Kundalini Yoga and curious about all-white attire? Asanas? Mantra? The coiled snake at the base of the spine? The head covering to keep the head from exploding… What? Haha.
No worries—we’ve got you covered.
In this introductory class to Kundalini Yoga and meditation, we will go over the basics. You’ll learn everything you need to build a super-strong foundation for your own personal spiritual practice. You’ll also learn what’s needed to begin mastering your own daily sadhana.

PLEASE NOTE:
This Introduction to Kundalini Yoga Monday group class is being offered as a “Love Investment By Donation” experience. You will have several options to choose from: $15, $20, $25. Please note there are only select number of spaces available for each option. We will be holding space for 22 participants.
To support a grounded and intentional space, we kindly ask that you register in advance.
If you arrive without having registered, whether on time or tardy, the full event walk-in rate of $50 per person or class walk-in rate of $25 per person will apply. Online registration closes at the event start time. If the event is sold out, we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins or late arrivals without registration.
