Staci guides you through uplifting kriyas (yoga flows) designed to release the day’s stress and build the vibrant, feel-good momentum you need to carry you all the way through your week.

Shake off the Monday blues and step into a more confident, aligned version of yourself. This welcoming space is completely beginner-friendly and open to all levels!

If you arrive without having registered, whether on time or tardy, the full class walk-in rate of $25 per person will apply. Online registration closes at the event start time. If the event is sold out, we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins or late arrivals without registration.
