On 8/8 we’ll utilize the power of the Lion’s Gate Portal at its peak through an intentional Kundalini journey. We’ll connect to our innermost selves through our breath, thus connecting us to all creation and all possibility. We’ll enjoy a fire kriya to burn away stagnation, free our spirits, and ignite a pure fire from within. We’ll cleanse and oxygenate our blood supply, then awaken and balance the functional systems of our bodies through a gentle warm up as we connect to the power of the Lion. Through specified movements we’ll balance our energy centers, cleanse away debris, and make room for pure life energy to enter in.
Immersed in the healing resonance of the sun gong and the stillness of mediation, we’ll enter a deeply restorative space where intuition can deepen, the heart can soften, and the soul can reconnect with its innate wisdom. We’ll awaken into a beautiful meditation that honors the breath and increases vitality, meditating on the vibrant energy existent in every cell of our bodies. Our journey will end with yogi tea and an opportunity for connection. You’ll walk away feeling lighter in spirit, grounded in your heart, and illuminated from within – ready to walk vibrantly forward with clarity, courage, and a quiet confidence of your soul.
